Kay AdamsPresident & CEO

Kay is the esteemed founder of Tech Wear, Inc., establishing the company in 1987. Her remarkable career in the electronics industry spans over 35 years, showcasing her exceptional expertise in this field. For an impressive period of 25 years, Kay has actively participated in the ESDA’s Garment Standard Committee, contributing significantly to the advancement and standardization of garments in the electrostatic discharge industry, while also holding Presidency from 2006 to 2007.

In recognition of her outstanding entrepreneurial accomplishments, Kay was awarded the San Diego SCORE Entrepreneur of the Year in 1996, acknowledging her significant contributions to the business world. Additionally, her innovative approach is reflected in the granting of two patents for her static control garment designs, solidifying her expertise in the field.

Kay’s remarkable achievements and extensive experience have shaped Tech Wear, Inc.’s success and solidified her reputation as a visionary leader in the electronics and electrostatic discharge community.

Kerry AdamsVice President and CFO

Kerry serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Tech Wear, and her association with the company dates back to its inception in 1987. Following a hiatus to pursue her college education and raise her children, Kerry rejoined Tech Wear as a full-time employee in 1999. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Productions Operations Management, both earned from California State University, San Bernardino.

As the CFO, Kerry assumes a crucial position overseeing financial management within the organization. Moreover, she also holds responsibility for managing production-related aspects of the company. Her extensive qualifications and experience make her an invaluable asset to the company’s strategic and operational decision-making processes.

Corey RyanOrder Processor & Warehouse Manager

Corey became a part of the Tech Wear team in 2014, assuming a pivotal role within the organization. As a highly esteemed team member, Corey assumes the responsibility of efficiently processing all orders, ensuring that deliveries are both prompt and accurate. Furthermore, Corey consistently demonstrates a commendable commitment to assisting our esteemed customers with any inquiries related to product availability, lead times, and pricing, always providing the utmost support and guidance.

Kristy RyanMarketing & Customer Service Specialist

Kristy became a dedicated member of the Tech Wear Inc team in 2012, concurrently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at California State University, Chico. In 2016, she successfully obtained her degree, further enhancing her expertise in the field. With a keen focus on marketing and customer service, Kristy brings specialized skills to her role within the company.
